"Gabby’s, open only for lunch since 2009, feels like a lively office breakroom—everybody is clearly here on their lunch break eating indulgent burgers. This spot knows you don’t need all the bells and whistles for the perfect patty, and the Seamus and Gabby burgers are the way to go: all you need is meat, cheese, and a lightly grill-toasted bun straight off the short-order grill. Round off your plate with Gabby’s chunky sweet potato fries and an old-school chocolate milkshake for an immediate dopamine boost. Food Rundown Seamus Simple and delicious, the Seamus ticks all the boxes—a single juicy patty, toasted bun, and all the flavor.
