"The finger sandwich of lobster rolls, available only at lunch or brunch. Though not small, Minetta Tavern’s roll is somehow dainty. You’ll get just the thinnest sheen of butter on your fingers from eating it, and it’s also easy to cut up with a knife. Lobster, in a light, tarragon-infused aioli, bulges neatly out of a thin brioche roll, and there’s radish for a little crunch. We could do with a slightly higher ratio of meat-to-bread, but an absolute arsenal of Minetta’s perfect fries makes up for any mild flaws." - willa moore, bryan kim, molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah
