Where Matteo Lane Goes For “Real” Pasta In NYC - New York - The Infatuation

"They're from Tuscany and they make homemade pasta. It was one of the best experiences I've had eating at a New York Italian place. They're all from Italy. Her husband's Mexican—he's learned Italian. And I'm Mexican and Italian. They had a la gricia with fresh pasta there. The oxtail, the pomodoro, the pasta, just the whole experience—I was like, 'Wow, okay, I found another good, real Italian place.' And Tuscan food of all places. I mean, I'm not really a Tuscany food guy, but they make all this fresh pasta. It was so good." - brennan carley
