He’s the welcome committee at Sang Kee, which has been serving the best Peking duck in the city since 1980. The restaurant is usually packed, but service is fast so wait times tend to be short. Of course you’ll need to order the glistening, crispy-skinned duck with scallions and hoisin sauce, but the understudies here are just as impressive as the star of the show.
