"In case you’re reading this on the L train, get off at Jefferson immediately and go eat the cheeseburger at Nowon, a Korean restaurant in Bushwick. Then, call your favorite person in the whole city, and make plans to go back for the pizza. Nowon makes one of NYC’s , some fun fusion bites, and pizza with Korean toppings. The original doesn’t do the pizza, so we prefer this warehouse space in Brooklyn, where everything is washed in neon red light, and two different projectors play old rap videos. If you can hear your friend over the music, they’ll be profusely thanking you for introducing them to pizza with gochujang, and burgers with the best pairing since Korea and pop: kimchi and American cheese." - Neha Talreja
