As it turns out, Swedes just love cardamom—and so do we apparently. Nobody would confuse this bready, slightly flaky roll for the Pillsbury variety, but that’s part of the appeal. The delicate spiced aroma gives depth to the sweet filling and make it fantastic with a cup of coffee.
