This counter-order cafe is a collaboration between the owners of Matta, Portland Cà Phê, and HeyDay, and their short menu of chicken and waffles, biscuits, hashbrown-packed burritos, and fried egg sandwiches is a nod to what the owners grew up eating as kids.
