Atsumeru - Review - West Town - Chicago - The Infatuation

"Atsumeru is a new fine-dining spot moving into West Town, and it’s bringing a combination we have yet to see in the Chicago food landscape: Nordic-Japanese. The seafood-focused menu will have 10 to 12 courses featuring monkfish, sablefish, and oysters flavored with seaweed and sudachi. With Atsumeru’s two-floor set-up, the meal will kick off with snacks in a lower-level lounge, move to the top floor for the main dishes, and then finish back downstairs for dessert." - John Ringor
