Hing Shing Pastry - Review - Chinatown - Boston - The Infatuation

"Hing Shing is one the first places you’ll see after walking under the Chinatown gate, and we highly recommend stopping in - especially if you can get a char siu bau before they sell out. All the pastries are made on site (you’ll even be able to see the bakers in action), and during the autumn mooncake festival, there’s also a wide variety of mooncake flavors on sale. The bakery is cash-only though, so come prepared." - Joel Ang
