"Think of any pub in Manhattan. There’s a good chance it’s run by The Stout NYC Hospitality Group. The people behind The Long Room, The Half Pint, and Amity Hall now have an upscale sports bar in their portfolio. The Splendid, in Midtown East, is less nachos-and-onion-rings and more lobster Newburg. They also have crab cakes, caviar, and a 42-ounce tomahawk steak.
