Masa Craft Kitchen - Review - Miami - The Infatuation

"Editor's note: Masa Craft is no longer at M.I.A. Beer Company. Check their Instagram for the latest info on the team's future plans and pop-ups. Masa Craft is the reason to go to M.I.A. Beer Company, even if you're not really in the mood for beer. This Cuban/Filipino concept runs the Doral brewery's kitchen and makes some of the best croquetas and burgers in all of Miami. All the croqueta options will make you very happy, especially the jamon, bacon, and gouda version that comes with spicy guava sauce. Our favorite thing on the menu, though, is the ube longanisa frita smash. The ube bun is purple, the crispy smashed patties are longanisa sausage, and this is just one of the greatest things between bread in the entire city. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc" - Ryan Pfeffer
