"If you never had the pleasure of partying in the now-closed “Jewish disco” that was Sammy's Roumanian Steakhouse, you should know you missed out on one of the best parties in the LES–and probably the only one that you’d go to because you wanted to be yelled at in Yiddish all night. The man doing a lot of the yelling was Dani Luv, who stood behind his keyboard singing Jewish songs all night for 18 years. You can still find him doing all of that in other NYC basements, including the one where Lil' Fish Comedy is happening this Friday. Join Dani Luv and a lineup of future NYC legends for a comedy show and after-party hidden in an old-school East Village nightclub. Buy tickets here. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
