"The burgers from USBS are one of our favorites in the city. A big reason for this is their exquisite, spongy housemade buns, which absorb the cheese sauce so, when you take a bite, it almost eats like a cream-filled donut. The only reason they’re not higher in this ranking is due to inconsistent smashing. We’ve had versions with patties that are paper-thin, and we’ve had versions that don’t look like a smashburger much at all. This might have something to do with a delivery error (that’s a mail joke).
