"Chef Kang is known for his mini-empire of restaurants in Koreatown, but he now has a new fast-casual fusion concept on the Westside. BTC stands for Burger Taco Chicken, and that’s exactly what’s on the menu: bulgogi burgers, galbi tacos, and Korean fried chicken in soy garlic and honey butter sauces. There are also a few classic Korean dishes from Chef Kang’s other spots, like pork belly kimchi stew and kimchi fried rice. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
