"Chef Kang is known for his mini-empire of restaurants in Koreatown, but he now has a new fast-casual fusion concept on the Westside. BTC stands for Burger Taco Chicken, and that’s exactly what’s on the menu: bulgogi burgers, galbi tacos, and Korean fried chicken in soy garlic and honey butter sauces. There are also a few classic Korean dishes from Chef Kang’s other spots, like pork belly kimchi stew and kimchi fried rice.
