Atoma

"Atoma was a pop-up dinner series by a former Canlis executive sous chef, and it had people setting three reminder alarms just to book a table. Now, Atoma has a permanent home in Wallingford at the former Tilth space, where they serve an upscale American menu. (Think stuff like uni toast with fig leaf caramel, or a green garlic turnip cake with fermented turnip aioli.) If you can't snag a reservation, they do accept walk-ins at their bar. We tried Atoma and added it to the Hit List. Read our thoughts here." - Kayla Sager Riley
