"Taking over the former Big O’s Pit Barbecue on Burnet Road, Bird Dog is a fresh concept dedicated to Central Texas-style barbecue. For now, the menu focuses on the classics—brisket, sausage, ribs, chicken, and turkey—with all of the usual sides. There’s a plan to introduce a few wild-game items in the next few months.
