Piknik is a tiny, quick-service cafe from The Lonely Oyster people inside the Echo Park boathouse. All ordering is done via kiosk, and the menu involves food designed for sunny park days: fruit salads, build-your-own cheese boxes, lemon crinkle cookies, and our favorite section, smorrebrod (open-faced rye sandwiches topped with fishy things like gravlax, roe, and pickled herring).
