"“Here’s some Combos and cool ranch Doritos for you.” This is what you’ll hear directly after ordering a drink at Gramps, a teeny tiny garage in East. These complimentary bar snacks are served in a disposable Dixie bowl, Supermarket Sweep plays on the TV, and just like that, we’re children again. If you get a little more peckish after a couple of beers or a Negroni, there are literal Hungry Man TV dinners in the freezer and vanilla pudding shots for dessert. The custom bar top showcases springs, ratchet heads, and all manners of tools, which adds to the full-world immersion of being in a garage. You can even get a game of Battleship in at one of the few tables amongst the hub caps and fishing equipment." - Ann Walczak
