"Despite its name, Bonsai Coffee Bar is very much a matcha spot. Just peek at the counter, where every drink handed out is green (like a dive bar on St. Patrick’s Day). The cozy space is filled with bonsai trees, warm wood tones, and lots of laptops—most people are here to study and work. The menu has an entire section dedicated to matcha, with options like pistachio matcha, pandan-coconut, mango, strawberry, and a sea salt cream-topped latte.
