Darling - Review - West Hollywood - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Darling will be first west coast restaurant from a Southern cooking whiz who was in “The Mind of a Chef.” While details about the menu are scarce, it’s a welcome addition to a patch of West Hollywood made famous by an entirely different reality show (sort of) about restaurants. What we know is that it’ll be one of the few places in LA where you can order regional produce and actually watch it be cooked over an open fire. And that a hi-fi listening bar will also open in the adjoining space. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Allie Conti
