"This tiny Ballard cafe with a front-and-center pink La Marzocco specializes in caffeinated drinks with various creamy tops. We’ll admit that iced matcha lattes piped with banana-flavored goo or mochas sporting brownie batter cold foam sound like a cavity waiting to be filled. But they’re delicious, and not overly sweet at all. If you’re a purist, you could stick with a stiff Vietnamese coffee. However, we recommend experimenting with frothy puddle toppings like tiramisu or strawberry for a fun on-the-go morning drink." - Aimee Rizzo
