The kitchen is led by a chef fromDudley Market, serving bistro-ish dishes like roast chicken and a burger with french onion sauce. Cocktails come from one of theEmployees Onlyfounders, so look for interesting drinks—there’s a butterfly pea powder and mezcal one with passionfruit, and another with tequila, crème de cacao, and vanilla ice cream." - Cathy Park
