"A handful of restaurants from famous chefs are set to open on Pier 17 in the South Street Seaport, but the first big one is The Fulton, a new Jean Georges spot right on the water. While most of the dining area is indoors (sit upstairs if you want to look out at the Brooklyn Bridge), there’s also a pretty large outdoor section right on the water.
