"Intrusive thoughts we’ve had include driving off a highway, opening the emergency exit mid-flight, and getting a tattoo at a coffee shop. Only one of these things is a (sort of) good idea that you can actually do at White Rose Coffee. This coffee shop is really good at two things: coffee and tattoos. Their spinach and cheese pastelito also might convince you to get a spinach and cheese pastelito tattoo. And they have a trio of mini empanadas for $6.50 that come from Milly’s Empanada Factory. The layout seems inspired by the business in the front, party in the back philosophy. They have some round tables near the entrance that are great for working, especially in groups. Once you clock out, make your way to the back and get "p o a c h e d e g g" tattooed on your knuckles to look like a talented chef." - Mariana Trabanino
