"A new tapas restaurant opened by a South African chef has settled in Ballard. Kahlo & Loyal started out as a pop-up and catering business and has taken over the former Little Prague Bakery. Expect a daily-changing menu influenced by food from around the world with dishes like French onion risotto, shrimp bao buns, and fish and chips.
