This is the kind of place where you could drop down into a seat and feel your brain switch off as cave-like black walls envelope you and rich, deep bowls of phở soothe you. Spend an undisturbed lunch hour or two sitting under the convincing fake blossom tree and people-watching through the front window—no one will hurry you along.
