High end Mexican in what looks like a low end spot

I recognize that the owner is despised in Portland but the reality is this is the most professional restaurant in Portland (the severs are SO good at their jobs) and the food is always on point

The cheese. The charcuterie. The foccacia. Don’t leave without snagging the white bean dip

Best east coast grinder in town. He even partners with a baker to ensure the best possible bread for the job.
