Beadtuk a derekunkat és Magyarországon először itt készítettük el a lávakövön sült Spare Ribse-t, amely, nyaranta a ház legismertebb specialitása lett. Itt honosítottuk meg a Rukkola salátát, és itt szerettettük meg a Bécsből „exportált” szilvalekvárral töltött apró süteményt, a Havelkát."
