The décor and general ambience of the place might feel pretty basic (akin to a converted chain), but a smattering of comfortable booths inside and an outdoor area keep things inviting.The staff are friendly and helpful as they steer guests through a substantial menu that spans everything from a traditional Cuban breakfast and pressed sandwiches to tapas, ensaladas and entradas. While the croquetas and Cubano make for a solid choice, the vaca frita sandwich, packed with fried beef and mojo sauce, is a cut above the rest.
