In the impeccable dining room, they serve updated traditional cuisine that is not shy of creativity and which accentuates the flavours of the Alt Empordà through its use of locally sourced ingredients (fruit and vegetables from Torroella de Montgrí, fish from Port de la Selva and Roses, etc).
