"Perfect for a date night, the scene boasts striking gold suspensions that are theatrically lit against a dark ceiling. The food blends the chef’s globetrotting experiences with his Taiwanese-Japanese heritage. The menu only lists the ingredients of each course, but every dish is meticulously plated and underscored by modern French technique.
