The rustic room is characterised by Scandinavian furnishings, sheepskins and modern art, and floor-to-ceiling windows afford wonderful views over the water. The menu is an excellent showcase of Scandinavian ingredients, with produce coming from the kitchen garden, foraged from the surrounding area and plucked from local waters.
