"As its name suggests, the kitchen is helmed by chefs hailing from the Sichuanese city of Yibin; most ingredients are shipped from there and cooked in authentically Yibin style. The menu is big and portion sizes are generous. Try Lizhuang boiled pork, and Yibin noodles with bean sprouts dressed in a nutty, spicy sauce. Expect to wait for at least an hour for a table.
