"Banya, or ‘Grandma’s house’ in Thai, embodies this maternal spirit. The menu, conceived by acclaimed culinary teacher Rachadapa Amatayakul, comprises typical Thai fare, some rarer recipes and their famous homely signature – Khao Chae.
