On a recent Saturday, I decided to test the premise of a new place that seems to invite them in: Patti Ann’s Family Restaurant and Bakery, the latest Prospect Heights venture from the chef Greg Baxtrom (known for Olmsted and Maison Yaki, both nearby), complete with stroller parking.
