"Located in the boisterous Temple Bar area, this boutique four-star was bought by Bono and the Edge in 1992 and later renovated; while they no longer own it, it remains considered one of the coolest places to stay. I love the arty, quirky design with colorful art and wallpaper and rooms designed by Irish artisans featuring white oak floors, plush headboards and unique artwork. Bathrooms have powerful rainfall showers with limestone flooring and tiled walls, and rooms include a flatscreen TV, desk, minibar and coffee/tea maker. Downstairs there's a luxurious cocktail bar and a fantastic restaurant serving elevated Irish fare, with daily breakfast and a bottomless Sunday brunch." - Matthew Kepnes
