"At Colossal Café, their mission is to create delicious and healthy meals for their neighbors, friends and family. They use only the most seasonal and best ingredients in making all of their dishes from scratch. Their menu ranges from breakfast fare, to lunch sandwiches to soups and salads. Colossal Café was started by Bess Giannakakais in 2005 with humble roots and has grown into the institution it is today. In August of 2010 the Tinucci’s purchased the café and started expanding locations beyond Minneapolis and arrived on Grand Avenue in 2015.
