On the Grid : Sencha

"Bubble tea addicts, this is your place! The Tea Garden has been named best bubble tea in the Twin Cities by the local newspaper, City Pages. Here one will find a plethora of delectable flavors - available to be masterfully mixed and matched by the well-versed baristas. You might be asking yourself, “Um … what’s bubble tea?” Well wonder no more; bubble tea is an Asian specialty drink containing flavored tea accompanied by black balls, or “pearls”, made of tapioca and it’s de-lish. The flavors here range from light and fruity to earthy and nutty. One of my personal favorites is the avocado bubble tea – hey, don’t make that face before you’ve tried it! It’s thick and creamy, sweet and a tiny bit nutty. As they say, avocado is nature’s chocolate. Amazing and delicious flavors aside, the atmosphere here is definitely on the trendy, hipster side. If you like local art, indie music and the lull of college kid chatter then this is a perfect place to pop a squat for a few hours and get some productive work done or meet that friend you’ve been meaning to catch up and chat with. In sum, if you haven’t ever tried bubble tea, please, do yourself a solid and do so now! Even better, if you’re in the Grand Avenue area of St. Paul, stop on over to The Tea Garden and give the #1 Bubble Tea in St. Paul a try. You won’t regret it." - MOD
