The recently renovated 9,000-square foot cidery boasts a laboratory, keg storage, and cider production facility as well as a tasting room and sprawling outdoor patio from which to enjoy artisanal ciders. Try the flagship, Charred Ordinary, a dry old-fashioned cider, or the Aragon 1904, an off-dry blend of modern and heirloom apples.
