"Lord Tredegar, Mile End Bow. Not too long ago this pub was a clichéd East London boozer, with trinkets adorning the walls and a somewhat dusty appearance. Gone are those days, a full refurbishment has lightened up the interiors and made the back garden a great place to take in the occasional British sunshine.Typical — albeit high quality — pub food is on offer, as well as all the cask ales and craft beers you'd expect."
