Found in 2004 in Mexico, ChocoSol is a company committed to providing excellent vegan, gluten free and dairy free chocolate while maintaining a horizontal trading policy by partnering up with Indigenous communities of Southern Mexico. They aim to educate people not only on chocolate but food politics and trade in general.
