"Built in 1907 the Schauspielhaus Kiel provides room for 400 viewers and possesses excellent stage craft and acoustic. The Schauspielhaus is one section of the Theater Kiel, which includes opera, musicals, ballet, plays for both adults and children. Especially the more experimental pieces from 'Reihe 17' are recommendable, since the actors are staging the plays in the foyer in the midst of the audience.
