The staff are pros and you'll always get the perfect cup. Spyhouse also roasts their own coffee here in Minneapolis, so you'll be enjoying several layers of craftsmanship and care in your cup. Their Nicollet Avenue location is one of their few shops that has local artwork hanging -- often showcasing contemporary local artists. In the warm months, the patio is bustling with conversation and you can mingle outside on the walk with the local sparrows.
