"Pink Freud has no entrance signs. You can only find it by the small Sigmund Freud drawings on the walls next to one of the arches in 19 Nizhniy Val st. The paintings will lead you to a small courtyard with a bar in it. The bar opens up at 18:00 and closes with the last guest. The chef-bartender Gerasimos has invented 12 cocktails ($4-5 each). Some say molecular gastronomy has been involved in the business. He specifically recommends Manhattan cocktail, based on the american rye whiskey, Bulleit.
