"Housed in the only surviving traditional family home from the 1960s around Pub Street, this unique bar pairs a distinctive setting with a drinks menu that foregrounds potent Khmer-influenced herbal concoctions—some theatrically served in a teapot. The building was repurposed in 2012 by designer Guilhem Maitrepierre, with rustic touches like rice-sack seating indoors, and after a brief Covid-19 hiatus it has continued to draw a steady stream of curious visitors. The venue runs daily cocktail-making classes and regularly features guest DJs and bartenders; signature beverages include a Ginger Mojito and the Bloody Pari, named for owner Unn Sophary (known to everyone as Pari)." - SilverKris
