"A pioneering zero-proof taproom in an East London industrial estate, this microbrewery produces a range of non-alcoholic craft beers that mirror conventional brewing styles but with fewer grains and fermentables to minimise alcohol. The founders, Becky Kean and Steve Dass, built the brand around a mindfulness ethos — the warehouse is decorated with chakra banners and an open-hand reiki symbol — and offer brews with spiritual names such as Tantra (a hoppy English pale ale), Zen & Berries (a zesty sour brewed in collaboration with London Fields Brewery) and Kosmic, a toasted-barley stout with deep chocolate and vanilla notes. Bottles retail at around £2 and the business has rapidly found a market, though growth has been hampered at times by issues common to small-batch producers, such as CO2 shortages and bottlers prioritising larger clients; the brewery has also promoted its wares at events like the Mindful Drinking Festival." - Delle Chan
