"Started by two junior college friends in April 2020, the brewery has quickly developed a compact but varied permanent lineup that leans into both sessionability and hop-forward character. Standouts include False Sense of Security, an easy-drinking hazy session IPA with tropical fruit notes; Ministry of Plenty, an earthy, hop-centric pale ale inspired by West Coast IPAs; One Night in Cologne, a malty, fruity take on a Kölsch; and Little Xtra, an IPA-esque pour with pronounced tropical and citrus aromas." - Rachel Eva Lim
