This boutique hotel on the south coast of Corsica is a working farm whose accommodations, stone houses that were once shepherds’ dwellings, have been thoroughly renovated; today, each has its own wrought-iron gate, fireplace, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen. Some offer sea views and easy access to the ocean, while others, set amid green pastures, feel far away from everything.
