"Set in the scenic countryside to the northwest of Toulouse, the Château de Drudas is the picture of 18th-century elegance. Formerly an aristocratic summer house, it’s now a 23-room luxury boutique hotel in a decidedly classic style, its interiors restored to their former glory and upgraded in subtle functional ways, from climate control to modern bathrooms.
