This place is like taking a step back in time, with gilt mirrors, delightful tropical forest inspired wallpaper and old-fashioned accessories; it’s a magical eclectic space to enjoy an amazing cocktail in Ljubljana. Kolibri was founded in one of the oldest parts of the city. They really try to pay homage to the past and the role the surrounding area played in distilling alcohol. The drinks here are all inspired by old recipes for tinctures, bitters and herbal remedies, as well as their homemade cordials and infusions.
